Create pins with clarity, consistency and confidence
The Notion workflow for creators who are overwhelmed and frustrated with their Pinterest growth.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You’re drowning in tools and tabs
Planning your Pinterest strategy feels chaotic because your ideas and to-dos are scattered across different platforms.
You’re not sure how to follow Pinterest trends
By the time you notice a rising Pinterest trend, it’s already too late to take advantage of it.
You can’t find what you need when you need it
Every time you want to refresh a pin, you waste hours hunting down old titles, descriptions, or URLs.
You’re stuck in a pin creation hamster wheel
Focusing on quantity over quality has left you exhausted and dreading the thought of reworking your Pinterest strategy.
You can’t keep up with Pinterest’s “fresh” pin rules
Creating new pins while refreshing old pins feels like an impossible juggling act.
You don't have a workflow that keeps you organised
There's no system in place to connect all the different components of a successful Pinterest strategy so everything feels overwhelming.
I know how quickly the content hamster wheel can lead to overwhelm if you don’t have the right systems in place
This is why I created the
Pin Planner OS
Hi there! My name is Theja.
I’m an overworked doctor by day and an aspiring content creator by night.
When I started using Pinterest a few years ago to boost my blog traffic, I was overwhelmed by all the moving parts I needed to juggle, especially as a one-person team.
So, as any newbie to digital marketing would do, I binged YouTube videos, read articles from other bloggers, and even invested in a couple of Pinterest courses.
But no one showed me a workflow or system I could use to organize everything and how to break that down into practical, daily actions.
So, I built that Pinterest workflow myself.
What you see on this template is a culmination of years of trial and error that gave birth to a system I am proud to put my name on.
My Pinterest Analytics from May 2024 – Jan 2025
“Be consistent” is said everywhere online, and it isn’t the sexiest concept because everyone wants fast growth.
But what’s the point of that growth if you can’t keep it?
Ever since I started using my system to create pins, all my metrics have been looking good.
And I’ve kept my sanity intact without spending every waking moment creating pins.

FAQs
What is the refund policy?
If you’re not happy, neither am I. So, if you feel like the Pin Planner OS hasn’t provided you with any value, write to me & I’ll give you a refund within the first 14 days.
The only thing I ask is for you to let me know the reason for the refund so I can work on improving the product for future creators.
Will you teach me how to use Notion?
This template is designed for those with basic knowledge of Notion and its building blocks. While I’ll share tips and tricks to help you use the template more effectively, it’s not a course on how to use Notion.
If you’re not familiar with using Notion automations or formulas, don’t worry – neither am I! I designed this to be as simple as possible while giving you everything you need to succeed on Pinterest.
Can I use this template if I'm new to Pinterest?
This template is designed to streamline your Pinterest marketing workflow, so it assumes you already know the basics—like setting up your profile and understanding basic SEO.
While I’ll share helpful tips along the way, it’s not a beginner’s course on Pinterest.
Do I have to use Notion?
Yes. This is a Notion template so it will only work inside Notion.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
Nope! Everything can be done using a free plan.
Will this work for any type of content creator?
Absolutely! The only exception might be creators working with clients, as the template doesn’t include a dedicated client database.
That said, you can easily customize the content bank to accommodate clients or connect it to an existing client database in your Notion workspace.
If you need help setting this up, just email me after your purchase—I’d be happy to help!
Will I get lifetime access to updates?
Yes! Once you purchase, you’ll get lifetime access to any updates to the template and Pinterest resource library.
Keep in mind, though, that since this is a template you’ll copy into your workspace, updates to the primary template won’t automatically sync with yours. You can always copy the latest version, but it won’t include the data you’ve already added.
I will include any updates in the private community so you can apply them to your workspace if you want to.
What kind of support will I have?
You will get access to a private community to ask questions. I’ll be checking in daily to help with any issues or concerns you have.
Why is it so expensive?
I understand if this feels like a big investment—it’s not always easy to justify spending on tools.
That said, I genuinely believe in the value this system brings, and I’m confident it’s worth the price for the results it delivers. I also know there is nothing else on the market that does what this system can do (believe me, I have looked).
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can always request a refund within the first 14 days.
What if I have more questions?
No problem!
Email me anytime at theja@creatorpreneurdiary.com, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
